Recurrent infections is one of the very crucial warning signs for a suspicion of primary immunodeficiency diseases (PID). It is important for patients with primary immunodeficiency diseases to be diagnosed as early as possible for an effective treatment plan.

Dr. Intan Juliana, the paediatric immunologist of AMDI described the four concepts of treatments for primary immunodeficiency diseases; which include early diagnosis, controlled active infections, immunoglobulin replacement and curative treatment.
